I'm against Design Requests and so on .. why ? very simple : IBM keeps telling (pressing ?) us in the ILE RpgIV direction. IBM keeps telling (pressing ?) us in the SQL direction. They're going to tell everybody everytime that the iSeries is an "SQL machine", DDS is old fashioned and so on. If that is true IBM should "eat their own food". The SQL precompiler _has_to_ fully support RpgIV full stop, no discussion, no excuses, no telling us about costs just my opinion Rolf *~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~* !
