Chris,

Check to make sure your CLLE2 and RPGLE2 modules are ACTGRP(*CALLER) (or the
same NAG, if using named activation groups) and the override scope is
*ACTGRPDFN. OVRSCOPE(*JOB) will also work, but applies everywhere. I feel
*JOB is a little heavy-handed and unnecessary.....

Subject: OVRDBF not working between multiple programs.

--
I have a CLLE program that calls a RPGLE program then the RPGLE calls a CLLE
that does a OVRDBF to a different Library then the RPG calls another RPG to
process the file.

EXAMPLE:
 CLLE1 calls RPGLE1
                    RPGLE1 calls CLLE2
                                         CLLE2 does a ovrdbf
                    RPGLE1 calls RPGLE2
RPGLE2 tries to process the file
but the ovrdbf does not work

Any suggestions?

Thanks Chris
