If they're running in the same job, no.
Why? Because you can't run two programs at the same time (in RPG) in the
same job. I suppose if PGMA called PGMB at 3:00 PM and PGMB returned
with LR=*OFF, and then PGMA ended, would program be, be removed from
memory?
No. Because named activation groups stick around until the job ends or
they are destroyed using CEETREC or RCLACTGRP.
