I don't know how to make it 'official' noise.  That is, the organisation
here is... in flux.  I've seen Rob mention PMR numbers, but I don't know if
anyone here has authority/responsibility to open a PMR.  I'd be more than
happy to put in a plug for the cause!

This has bit me only once so far, but I am The One who uses service programs
here so far.  Once (oh, please make it soon!) other folks get into the
habit, I would guess that collisions will be more frequent.  Associated with
qualified procedures are duplicate constant declarations - I have some of
the C errno() constants defined in my /COPY prototype and you have some in
yours and there's a wee bit of overlap.
