It may be solved on your end, but I'm very confused (not for the first
time!)  If the parameters are numeric, why does the CL require quotes?  If
you have the time, can you post the CL parameter list, the DCLs and the RPG
parameter list and corresponding declarations?

This may be one of those miscues as to how to define parameters (covered by
the FAQ.)
