Just a quick note... using embedded display attributes like this is relatively easy on the 5250 display, but it will cause you great difficulties if you ever need to web enable the program. HTML doesn't understand 5250 display attributes, so instead you'll get weird symbols embedded in your output fields. Why couldn't you just make two fields, or condition the display attribute with an indicator, or use a program-described attribute field?
