Lisa, I don't know if the message being thrown is a big deal, or if it is just letting you know that there have been no user changes made to query, but one way to make the message go away is to create a duplicate of QAQQINI in QSYS into QUSRSYS. Could cause problems for you though when upgrading to V5R1 as the V4 format is not the same as the V5 format.
