Smack me with a wet noodle, pgm wasn't even compiling (it didn't know what PAGNBR field was), plus I re-checked archives and found the answer (don't know how I missed it the first time). Anyways what you have to do is condition the PAGNBR field with an indicator, when that indicator comes on PAGNBR is reset. Now I have a bigger issue, The spool file is set to print on both sides of the paper (these are telephone Bills). So say the first customer has a 10 page bill, customer #2 then bill starts printing, the issue is if a customer has an odd number of pages, the next customers first page prints on the back side of the previous customers bill. I can't seem to think of any easy way to accomplish this… aAny ideas??? Mark Allen I.S.
