I've had something like this running for many years, but it isn't pretty.
There are some pc shareware products that do .dbf to text.
So, if the pc can map a drive/share to the ifs, then execute a remote cmd to
the pc to convert to .txt, then from 400
to a cpyfrmimpf. I can get the name of the shareware currently using
with a little digging, but the pc pgm is called convert.exe, written
by some us gov employee years ago & put out for share.
Contact me if you need me to dig for the actual pc code.
