If your question is: Can you call a complied RPG II program from a
compiled RPG IV program, then the answer is yes. You'll want to do all
your file overrides with CLP instead of OCL and stuff, but you're okay.

If you want to run a S/36 OCL from inside an RPG IV program, it can be
done but you'll need to be running in System 36 Env. But that wouldn't
be a "S/36 program" so I didn't think it is what you meant.
