I agree with the former posts...we need an H-spec which quiets this error.
The ridiculous numbers are the problem, like the percentage stated
previously.  This is the only problem (that I think of right now) I've found
in RPGIV which presents a real problem.

An H-spec would be great and could be controlled by shop standards.  The
compiler may be able to be smart enough to prevent this problem???  Haven't
thought about that one enough.

While we're at it, a Move(E) would be good for those invalid date problems.
This happens to me mostly with dates retrieved from the database (they're
usually stored as numeric and I convert them to Dates to work with).  I
know, we've got TEST, but these two are the most common problems I see with
my programs, primarily those I've just converted from RPG400.
