Cycle Processing vs. Doing it my way

Well I for one wanted to drop it when we did RPG IV - but I accepted that
for compatibility reasons we needed to leave it in there.  Besides, it was
more work to remove it from the compiler that we used as the base for RPG IV
that it was to leave it there!!

My personal hope was that no one would write new stuff using it ..... but
.......
