Re: Visual Basic form -->AS/400 Pgm.

VB and VBScript can use ActiveX objects to communication with the AS/400.
These ActiveX objects vary in design, feature and function. Using CA/400
objects is certainly possible but for a more integrated client/server
solution, look into a pure sockets interface. Doing so will cut quite a bit
of over-head and greatly improve performance, scalability and reliability.
