I don't know and don't need to know - and neither do you!  Simply reference
the same Binding Directory that the C compiler uses (QC2LE) and you've got
it!  Much simpler than worrying about where it lives.

Simple way is to embed it on the H spec like so:

H BNDDIR('QC2LE')
