Hello all,

I have a display file that has a subfile. There is an input capable field
on the control record to change the sort order. The field, by default, is
protected (DSPATR(PR)). I have a command key that enables the field. When
the key is pressed, an indicator is set on to Underline the field and
position the cursor on the field (DSPATR(UL PC)). Then there is an
CHECK(ER) on the input capable field that when the value changes, the sort
order is changed. My problem is that the position cursor doesn't seem to be
in effect. When I press the command key, the field becomes enabled but the
cursor stays in the first input capable field in the subfile. The same is
true when the field in the control record is changed. The field is
automatically disabled again, but the cursor stays there instead of being
displayed in the first input capable field in the subfile. Pretty confusing
huh? Any ideas would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Mark
