Sounds like Leif's book is worth a look. Where to get it? We just purchased the IBM MI manual (SC41-5810-02) is only available in printed form and is around $150. It is quite extensive and is a few thousand pages long. We purchased the V4 version. They send you the book in page form...in other words, you still have to purchase a binder for the book!
