I agree......Leif's book is a GREAT investment...  We just purchased the IBM
MI manual (SC41-5810-02) is only available in printed form and is around
$150.  It is quite extensive and is a few thousand pages long.  We purchased
the V4 version.  They send you the book in page form...in other words, you
still have to purchase a binder for the book!
