Use RPG IV, and on at least one of the files put the F-spec keyword Prefix() to
prepend a prefix to each fieldname in the file.  Refer to the Prefix() keyword
docs; you can optionally replace leading character(s) instead of a prefix if you
don't want the field name length to change.
