[ Converted text/html to text/plain ] I just got done with something like this - I used CPYF to a 'copy' name ( i.e., copy CESTRS to CESTRSX ) once I had identified the record(s) I wanted to delete, which happened to be at the end of the PF - so I found the record # of the last good record and entered that # in the 'copy to' field in the CPYF command. The PF you're copying to will have all records up to this point. Then CLRPFM the PF with bad data, CPYF back, and off you go... Jack Edwin Anderson ----Original Message Follows---- From: "John M.
