This is a multi-part message in MIME format. -- Without seeing ALL the code, let me ask you this - Do you loop through this routine more than once, if so, the BIF does not always seem to get set properly, I do not know if this is a bug or a feature, but we are on V4R5 and I have to set the bif off with a valid chain/read (setll does not appear to do this) or just go with (sorry for swearing - an indicator... though I prefer the read before the doxxxx code) HTH Mark A.
