I think you need like this one: Printer file: R HEADER SKIPB(2) 1'HEADER REPORT' etc.... SPACEA(2) R DETAIL ............ ..... etc... R FOOTER SPACEB(2) 73'PAGE' PAGE 4 0 77EDTCDE(Z) You should compile this with enough space after the last detail line (default overflow line is 60). The example above is a footer in a variable line (for last page or level break). If you want it in fix line (let's say in line 62), you should define the FOOTER this way: R FOOTER 62 73'PAGE' PAGE 4 0 62 77EDTCDE(Z) Then in your RPG program: file specs: fprintfile o e printer oflind(*in10) and in calc specs: ......... etc.... if *in10 overflow ind Ðon write footer write the footer write header write the header eval *in10 Ð*off endif write detail...... etc.... Hope this will help.... ----- Original Message ----- From: "Reis,Pedro (rp)" <reisped@hilti.com> To: <RPG400-L@midrange.com> Sent: Wednesday, September 26, 2001 7:01 AM Subject: last record to be wrote Hello, I have a printer file with a list of elements , with a header, but i need a bottom line to, so can anyone tell me if there a way of printing a bottom line on a printer file, without using a variable counter , ..is there any keyword that define the last record to be write, like the overflow keyword?
