Time zone or GMT time -- RPG400-L

How can I get the Time zone info from the AS/400. We have AS/400 across the
US, and I am sending data from each of the AS/400 to a Central server for a
Data warehouse. I need to send the Time zone or if I can get the GMT is also
O.K.

If you can give me a code sample,  I would appreciate it or point me to some
documentation.
