The heading was mis-leading (really a logical containing three physicals,
same format;
not a joined... but solved)

I feel like I am jumping in the middle, or end, of a thread.

The originator claimed to be using a Join logical file.  However, in their
DDS I failed to see any join specifications.  Or was this a multiformat
logical in which all of the formats happened to be the same?  Or was only
the perceived pertinent DDS displayed?
