Why even bother with a multiple array approach?  Just define an array of
32-bit
integers with, for example, 125 elements.  Use the age as the index, and
increment the array element for each employee processed.  At the end, loop
over
the array and print every non-zero count.

Whatever the size of the array, test against the maximum index and treat is
as
the upper limit.  This means you may need to print the final entry as >= 125
years or whatever limit you pick.

In keeping with the KISS principal, the logic is trivial and so is the
memory
allocation.
