RPG IV Stories Wanted

I've been asked to gather some stories of folks who have converted their
RPG/400 etc applications to RPG IV.  Kind of information we're looking for
is:

 - Did you convert all at once or "as it needed maintenance"?

 - What were the problems you encountered (if any)?

 - What do you see as the major benefits of having converted?

 - Have you converted a package yourself because the vendor (JDE or
whatever) has not done so?

 - Any other comments you may have (e.g. what should IBM be doing to
encourage laggard BPs to switch, etc.)


This is being posted on both the RPG400 and RPGIV lists - my apologies to
those who receive it twice.
