Hi Mr. Bartell,

I agree, it's all what level you're talking about. One could say that
BIFF's, API's, etc are building blocks, not tools, sort of like nails &
2x4's vs rivets & steel frames.  There are standards for those also.  Am I
straining the analogy too much?
