People may say that it doesn't matter if *IN(80) is affected, since they
aren't going to use indicators any more.  But by using an INDDS, you can
assign the indicators for a display file without worrying whether those
indicators are being used by another display file that might be in a common
program.  Since each file's INDDS is different (or at least _can be_
different), each file's indicators are independent.

Brian (Parkins), why do you find the INDDS is harder to use than the
indicator overlay? I personally hate the indicator overlay since it
is still using the indicators, but in a hidden way (the cross reference
won't show those changes).
