Raja, 1) Do you have Client Access or Green Screen? If you have Client Access then you must have Arabic Translation Table installed on your PC to set keyboard to key in Arabic data. If you are trying on green screen then your AS/400 must have Page Code 420 which supports Arabic data (by default it is installed by the IBM for Arabic speaking countries). 2) You do not need to specify any special code while creating the Physical file. Any text field can hold your Arabic data and stored as a graphic data. To keying Arabic data your display file field must be set to ‘W’ (keying option – keying shift attribute) otherwise it will not allow key in Arabic data. 3) No idea. I hope this will work.
