Harold I believe one of the tech services people at extoL did FTP over the Exchange network. In my opinion, it would be a far better method than fussing with the cumbersome scripts in the Base/400 system. I can't say that I had the opportunity to try it since eXtol product development was very isolated from the rest of the company and they liked to keep it that way. Given a choice I think I would go the FTP route ONLY because I am more familiar with FTP. Have a great weekend!!!
