Here's a few:

lots of new bif's, they now seem to cover just about everything

file overrides in your F specs

goodness = 'free format RPG';

Note: no GOTO's or TAG's in /free stuff!

Object data type ("O") (for java classes I guess)

There's no glamour to RPG when the presenters talk to the public. Just
Java, Domino, Linux, etc. It does seem, however, that the RPG folks were
quite busy!!!

Subject: V5 - RPG announcements?

Did I miss something? I thought there were supposed to be some RPGIV
enhancements in V5R1. The one announcement I have seen so far only
mentions DDL, Java and C among others. Will that be a separate
announcement or is it a big secret? Are my eyes getting that bad? Am I
misinformed?  Anybody know?
