I see that the announcement for the development tools applies to V4R5
too.  Since we've recently gone to a new V4R5 machine, does anyone know
what I need to do to get CODE/400 installed on my PC?  I'm assuming
there should be an install program on the IFS somewhere, but I can't
find it.  Do we have to install another operating system feature?
