Assuming that:-

You want to read thru the subfile twice, using READC.
The rrn field for the subfile is called RRN.
SFLNXTCHG is conditioned by indicator 54.

1st pass
        Eval RRN = 0
        Eval *In54 = *On
        ReadC Subfile
        Dow Not %EOF

        (Do your stuff)

        Update Subfile
        ReadC Subfile
        EndDo
        Eval *In54 = *Off

2nd Pass

        Eval RRN = 0
        ReadC Subfile
        Dow Not %EOF

        (Do your stuff)

        ReadC Subfile
        EndDo

Updating the subfile record with SFLNXTCHG enabled ensures that the subfile
record stays flagged as changed and therefor accessible on following READCs.
Sett
ing the RRN field to 0 is the equivelent of a *Loval SetLL on the subfile.
