Just FYI, no solution

3504248331 is the value of the IP address in decimal.  An IP address is
actually just 4 bytes.  Your xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx value is just a way of 
representing those bytes that we can understand.  Each byte separately
is converted to decimal.  I know in C++ there are subroutines to 
convert to/from the byte value to the IP value we are familiar with.
Not sure what the API or C call is on the AS/400.
