File fields are not global?

This might help. Fields in OEPPlanScd are used in #MstPlanR. However, after
a successful read the fields are not populated.

This code is copied from the subprocedure:
C     #WrkPlanR     SetLL     WrkPlanR

C                   DoU       %eof(OEPPlanScd)
C     #WrkPlanR     ReadE     WrkPlanR
C                   If        %eof(OEPPlanScd)
C                   Leave
C                   EndIf

C     #MstPlanR     Chain     MstPlanR
C                   If        not %found(OEPPlan)

Here are the F specs:
FOEPPlan   UF A E           K Disk    UsrOpn Prefix(Mst)
F                                     Rename(OEPPlanR:MstPlanR)
FOEPPlanScdUF A E           K Disk    UsrOpn
F                                     Rename(OEPPlanR:WrkPlanR)
