Okay, this is what I currently have:

Module           Service Program          Binding Directory
---------        ------------------       -----------------
SYSTEM           GENERAL                  CARTAGE
DATETIME         GENERAL                  CARTAGE
CARTAGE          CARTAGE                  CARTAGE

The binding directory name gets a little confusing to me.  It seems
I would only need one binding directory per library, and in this case
I just made it the library name.  Any better suggestions?
