You do not need to use CRTDSPF.  The CRTMNU command will create all 3
objects (*MENU, *FILE, *MSGF) needed for your menu.  If you used SDA to
create them, you should have gotten an option to compile the menu when you
exited the screen design.  I always take the option to prompt for
parameters, so I can change the type of command line, display command keys,
and I always change the hardcoded library names to *LIBL, so when I move to
production, it won't be looking for the display file, etc. in my test or
development libraries.
