We use V4R4M0.

But, I will rather use this as the "BY 1" is not necessary:

For       NN = 25 to 99
Eval      *In(NN) = *Off
EndFor

If you want to use the "BY", try perhaps the next:

For       NN = 25 to 99 by 1
Eval      *In(NN) = *Off
EndFor
