defining parameters in prototypes and proc interfaces -- RPG400-L

When defining parameters in your prototypes do you use the Like( ) keyword
on the D-specs? Or is it a better practice to hard code the attributes? If
so, what about maintenance of the prototype fields that are based on
database fields? Should be always be making our prototypes "big enough" to
handle database modifications?

Just wanting to know what y'all are doin'?
