DSPFD FILE(library/filename) TYPE(*MBRLIST) will give you such a list.  In
a program, you'd probably want to use this in one CL with the
OUTPUT(*OUTFILE) option and dump the results into a file; then use a
second CL (or RPG program) to read through the file , doing whatever you
want to do.
