This is where a tool like Abstract/Probe or Hawkeye comes in real handy.
PDM has a scanning feature you can use through wrkobjpdm, wrkmbrpdm, or from
the command line that can do a lot of what you want.  Try prompting
fndstrpdm and check out the options.  If there are queries that use the file
you have a lot more work to do.
