RE: Is this the Free-Format that we asked for?

I posted my note before receiving the information that I could still code
them as fixed-format.

Suppose that RPG is changed to have C syntax.  Does someone think that I am
going to write new _products_ in RPG if C and Java are also possible?  Why
would I do that?

If my skills are limited to RPG or to languages that only work on the AS/400
then my earning potential is limited to the AS/400 marketplace.  That
represents a career issue (understatement intentional).

I haven't written a goto in C - yet - but I haven't written a lexical
analyzer yet either.
