I guess I could discuss this on the web forums on the as400network site,
as luck would have it, I subscribe to NEWS/400 and therefore have a 
membership.

What I don't like about this idea, however, is the fact that IBM picked
a pay site to discuss this topic.  Both the "midrange.com" mailling lists,
AND the comp.sys.ibm.as400.misc newsgroup are free, and open to everyone.
The as400network thing is a pay site that requires you to "sign up", and
therefore is more like a "private club".   

Yikes, they might as well have had the discussion in a chat room on AOL.
