Create!Print for the AS/400. That's my recommendation. I evaluated FormationMG, Optio, & Jetforms. With Create!Print you can create your form, configure the software, and forget about it !!! PERFECT huh? Their technical support is above average too. Plus, and this is a biggie, you don't have to hire a talking head consultant to help you. We've had this product since Summer 1999---no regrets. In fact, I don't even remember how it works anymore. It just does.
