One slight correction...Any version of Windows will do, as long as you are
running an FTP server on the PC.  I've been doing this since way back in the
WIN 3.1 days.  I even did it to plain DOS once, but the FTP server was
pretty darned shaky.

Hi,

Your PC will need an FTP server running. That means it must be either an NT
server or Win 2000 professional. Assuming that this is the case try to do an
interactive FTP to the PC. If that doesn't work check that your service is
started.
