Well...if you really want a recycle bin, you could create it yourself. Just copy the delete and rmv commands you want to another lib, put the lib above QSYS, and make them do whatever you want...move instead of delete, to a library called...recyclebin Then, if you want, you could write a program to go through the library, deleting the stuff over x days old.
