It looks like a Prototype would make sense for using 

   C   CallP  Sleep('for' '00:30:00')

or 

   C   CallP  Sleep('til' '16:30:00')

command then?

To code the Prototype one needs the D specs?

      D  Sleep            PR
      D              S          3 INZ('for')
      D              S       T    TimFmt(T '*HMS')

and then somewhere there has to exist a service module named Sleep that 
expects those two parms?
