I would think that unless you had auditing turned on for that object (to record that the delete took place), there won't be any way to find out who did it. (I presume your joblogs are deleted when the user signs off, otherwise you could search through all those and *maybe* find out). (Also, this type of question is best posed to the MIDRANGE-L list).
