Are you sure that, as part of some scheme to artificially limit performance
for certain models, they don't have query engine playing Frogger on breaks
between doing real work? <VERY big grin>

have a sense of humor.
I am running a query(the one I have been fighting with by passing a
variable into it),    Take a look at the
program stack from the DSPJOB screen.    Do you see some interesting
names(amphibian) for internal functions??
