Though the PR appears to be missing (I don't think it really is), that's another problem if true. Remove the S (for standalone field) on the fields just below the error message. Those are the parameters for the procedure interface and should not have the S. The end of parameters for a prototype or procedure interface is when a field is defined (something where the S is) or a change in specification (no longer a D-spec).
