I got to talking about pointers and dynamic memory allocation with a friend of mine today, and in a pointer frenzy, I created a linked list (only two elements, no reason to go crazy.) I know what they taught me in school, but I'm curious what people are actually doing. Has anyone found a good application for linked lists and other data structures that use dynamic memory allocation in RPG? Maybe I've used arrays for so long that I can't imagine doing anything else. +--- | This is the RPG/400 Mailing List! | To submit a new message, send your mail to RPG400-L@midrange.com. | To subscribe to this list send email to RPG400-L-SUB@midrange.com. | To unsubscribe from this list send email to RPG400-L-UNSUB@midrange.com. | Questions should be directed to the list owner/operator: david@midrange.com +---
